Some recipes are meant to be squidgy compared to 'shop bought' fudge which can be cut into squares with a knife.
How squidgy is it? ie can you pour it out/ spread it about/cut with a knife?
I think you've done well at a first attempt to get something that TASTES great.
If you can cut it or roll it into balls I would give it as 'sweets' or petit-fours in those little mini cupcake cases, if too soft for that, put into sterilised jars as 'fudgy spread'. Sounds yummy.0 -
Never thought of that !! Yes it can def be rolled into balls it's just not firm enough to cut into squares I will get some of those little cases
Yay thankyou

Ooh balls of fudge sound really good - you could even coat them in melted chocolate and put in a little bag when set.
I want to make fudge now, lol!0
