After getting the expired page message several times in Firefox, I then got a payment unsuccessful message in Chrome, but they've taken £5 from my account so the payment was obviously successful. I hadn't even entered the Verified by Visa password so didn't think they'd be able to deduct the funds? Needless to say, I haven't got a voucher and I'm now £5 down!Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0

I tried 3 times to purchase as kept saying a problem with my card.
Just logged into my online account and they have taken the money 3 times! I have also received no codes at all for this!
I have checked with my bank and they have authorised each attempt!:eek:0 -
Great offer but it won't let me buy it! "page has expired" message and I've tried loads of times :]
Thanks OP for the heads up though :]Projects made for craft fair - 40

Just a little tip for everyone!
If you have previously taken advantage of the bespoke offers (Starbucks for example) and registered several accounts.
If you use the bPay option (if you saved card details), it will let you use the same card for several transactions (on the separate accounts). I did this and all of them were accepted first time, no declined or timed out message.
I believe if you get the "Payment unsuccessful message", it could hold the £5 in your account for a few days.0 -

They won't complete the transaction if you didn't get a voucher.
I rang my credit card company and I've got at least 6 authorised payments - they won't be taken as the transactions never completed, but I will keep an eye on them to make sure.
Must have tried at least 30 times, with 3 different browsers! Finally managed to get a voucher after of lots of 'payment problem' pages, with my debit card! Phew! What a palarver!0 -
I registered then logged out and back in again then bought and it worked straight away maybe worth a try...Thanks OP0
