Gateau
Options
I would love to buy a gateau that isn't all airy cream and not a lot else, the small versions for about £1.50 in tesco serve about 2 if you actually want to feel like you have eaten something. Would like something with more sponge and less air filled cream. Used to buy Sara Lee but doesn't seem to be around any more. Fresh or frozen, though frozen is generally cheaper, and from sainsburys, tesco, lidl'sor iceland, no Aldi, asda or waitrose near me, though m and s at a long shot. Thanks:)

Chocolate gateau always seems to be the most dense to me. But I do love a black forest one.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

If you have a Farmfoods close by, they do what I think is a great range of gateux for 4.95 each that serve 10-12 if i remember correctly. In that range they do a 10 piece selection that I bought recently and was impressed with. They are Coppenrath and wiese brand.0
