Late night call outs

We employ a security company, but they seem unable to do their job correctly. Their employees arrive with the wrong keys, wrong map & wrong swipe cards.
Hubby has spoken to his line manager today and explained about the lack of an 11 hour break between shifts & call out. He has an appointment tomorrow to discuss the situation tomorrow.

My OH had a job where he was on call one week in three. During this week he would be expected to respond to out of hours calls (IT related) and work normal hours in between.
One night he had two calls, meaning two separate journeys an hour's drive away each time. His boss rang at 10am to see why he wasn't in work. He resigned soon after, no amount of money was worth those conditions - that company must have been breaking WTD rules big time!0 -

Much the same for my DH before we started our own company. I'm an HR consultant and tried for months to get them to see that they were breaking the regs every single week. As far as I know they still operate this way and still have a huge turnover of staff as a result. Their lawyers interpreted the regs somewhat differently.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
What are they paying security for? I had a similar issue at a previous employment and asked that question.0
