Really just as the title says. I made a lasagne today with homemade bolognese that I made today, cheese sauce made today, and dried lasagne sheets. Do you reckon it would be ok in my fridge (@3degrees) until weds, or would you freeze until tuesday night?

Hi OP, if you look at some of the use by dates on so called "fresh " stuff from the supermarket, they must be using nuclear technology!
Keep at the bottom of the fridge, which is the coldest spot, and it will be fine, enjoy.0 -
