As per the title really!
I've made some fudge as a test batch for Xmas gifts but it's turned out so well I want freeze this batch and give that, does fudge freeze/thaw ok?

Put a piece in the freezer tonight. Defrost in the morning and try it tomorrow night. See if its the same texture/taste. 0
