The photo is of the Itaipu Hydroelectric Dam on the Parana River, across the Brazil-Paraguay border.

My pin on the dam gave me 34km away
    :D

Did just that and got this message YOU WERE LESS THAN 10KM AWAY FROM THE XPERIA Z1

Did anyone else attempt to get the Blippar clue today? I had a frustrating time as the first two of the phone shops didn't know WTH I was talking about... The third didn't either but at least looked into it for me and worked out what I needed to do... Only no clue was forthcoming... just the bloke having a chat and slinging his phone in the water (was that it???). Wondered whether I was a little too late in the day for the morning clue, but then the afternoon pic still seems to be greyed out???

Many thanks for posting. Wish I'd seen it the first week.

Let's be honest, it's easy to get within 10km, with or without the pictorial clues. Getting to be one of the closest 50 pins to their initial marker within the 10km area is a bit trickier/lottery

I would have thought it would help narrow it down more (even though they obviously don't say how close we are)

Is the site on US time? They seem to be several hours behind each time with bringing up the new clues...
