Supplementing my income...

Hi Everyone,
Forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong forum as it's not strictly money saving, but.... it is about money...
I'm looking to tap into the vast pool of knowledge that you guys have, so here goes...
I need to supplement my monthly income to the tune of about £200 (minimum net). When I say supplement, I mean a regular amount every month.
I am a young(ish) 48, and work as an IT Consultant for a large company. I work full-time, so would be looking to earn the additional cash during my free-time/weekends. If it means getting a 'Saturday job' then that's fine, although no idea if I could earn the 200 doing that sort of thing.
In the past I have worked doing a bit of web design work for small businesses, but that proved too irregular and I used to put a massive amount of hours in for quite a small reward at the end of the day.
So, if any of you have any ideas, or especially experience and advice I'd be grateful. Keep it clean, and no sarky comments please!;)
