New small mortgage needed

Hi, we're thinking of moving in to a larger property, we paid off our original mortgage a few years ago, so with the sale of our present property we will need a mortgage of only around £30,000 which we want to pay over a 15 year term. Any ideas or advise would be welcome please, it's been a while since we had to think about mortgages and all the fun & games that go with them!

Not much has changed in the last thirty years.
Decide on the product, term etc and shop around for the preferred option from lenders and brokers.
Specific requirements would be helpful, as I'm finding it difficult to answer without more to go on...I am a mortgage broker.
