Urgent Mortgage Broker Advice Needed

For all you mortgage brokers out there, is it feasible to get a mortgage based on the following:-

purchase price £166,500

mortgage needed £156,000

which is just under 4x joint income of £42k.

please help - I'm getting frantic :(

any advice on which lenders may do this ?????

    plenty should do it for you. You need to see a broker who can fully assess your needs and circumstances.
