Spring 2015, it's a house price game changer, every London party animal is going to want to be near those specific stations. Talk of Thursdays too eventually.
Better map here ...

For investment purposes, I recommend Between Wood green and Ally Pally tube or anywhere near wood green tube.
Well done for waiting until your second post before mentioning Ally Pally!
I've just bought in Morden. Even estate agents don't try and describe it as "up and coming".They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -

If I lived in Morden, I would probably be a little tense too.
I understand, all is forgiven.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -

Aren't the sort of people who are going to use this all night tube service generally young - and most likely amongst the half of Londoners who rent?
I can see how Crossrail can push up prices in certain areas - its relevant for commuting and the middle aged/well off will take advantage - but how exactly is making it easier for 21 year old renters to get home after a night's clubbing or on the lash going to boost house prices when this group is almost entirely priced out?0 -

Because making an area more desirable pushes up house prices. More tenants want to live somewhere, more landlords will pay for houses in that area.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -
A few years ago a friend inherited a four bedroom house in one of areas in north London being discussed. Within walking distance from the tube, a good sized garden. In their thirties. Having looked around the area and thought abut it on being asked what they thought they'd do with the house, with no hesitation they replied, 'sell it and buy a studio somewhere nice'.
Horses for courses. I probably wouldn't have made that choice but taken a nother option again.
Nevertheless, all night tube seems long overdue. Especially to the hinterlands where walking is not a realistic alternative.0 -
I lived in Croydon when I first moved to London, which has trains from Victoria throughout the night. I did not notice this 24 hour service making Croydon more desirable and "up and coming".
ETA: my boyfriend works for TFL and says there are some serious logistical issues to overcome before it can really run for 24 hrs as promised. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -

The unions for one but where there is a will, there is way. Suppressing what is essentially a very popular concept, wont win many heart and minds.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -

It's apparently some sort of technical issue with systems settings overnight. Like all engineering issues, it's surmountable, but only with vast amounts of cash and time. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -
