You might also need planning permission for that (depending on where you are in the country).0

To be honest, the OP wins an award for getting under my skin. Most don't. But that response really naffed me off.Of course he doesn't know. Only your lender knows the real answer to the question. The only responses you're going to get to your question are a range of opinions and guesses.

I was going to reply, giving the circumstances, in my experience, of when the lender that I worked for granted Consent to Lease. It might have given some guidance.
