i am considering using my property as a holiday let.....what mortgage consent is

İ am thinking of letting my home out as a holiday let next summer and wonder if i can do it on just a normal Building society permission for a let or is there anything else i require..?

You might also need planning permission for that (depending on where you are in the country).0

Of course he doesn't know. Only your lender knows the real answer to the question. The only responses you're going to get to your question are a range of opinions and guesses.

I was going to reply, giving the circumstances, in my experience, of when the lender that I worked for granted Consent to Lease. It might have given some guidance.
