My mortgage runs out in 2015

My mortgage runs out in 2015. Mortgage Express are not doing them any more. I am on a state pension with a top up of pension credit. DWP pay the interest on the mortgage, which is a great help. Credit file has debts showing........Oh dear! I think I have to go through a credit check for renting now.
Am I to be homeless? Anyone got any ideas?
