Trying to get a mortgage with Natwest

Hi
I am int he process of getting a mortgage with Natwest on a 5% help to buy scheme. We found house and have an offer accepted. There are three buyers involved - me, my husband and my sister. She always lived with us and she will continue to do so for the next 2-3 years until she gets her own mortgage. Until then, she will help us get a good house from our first buy.
We passed the affordability and preliminary tests and now we're waiting to do the application.
My sister, however, has just started a new job and has a 6 months probationary period. We were not asked about how long we have been in our jobs so far but I can see it coming. She does have a solid work history and her income increased steadily over the last 5 years.
I understand that new jobs may come with problems for some of the lenders. Does anybody know anything on this subject when it comes to Natwest?
Many thanks
