Mortgage Help Needed!

I am a first time buyer looking to get a joint mortgage with my husband on a property priced at £385000 with a 25+% deposit. I don't have a squeaky clean credit history and have some late payments dating back 3+ years but none in the last 12 months. We have a combined income of £110000. I would really appreciate any advice on whether I would even be accepted for the mortgage?

If as you state it then it should be perfectly doable at sensible rates - a brokers fee would appear a very good investment to check the detail and hopefully ensure a first time successHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
