in Cutting tax
I have just had someone round from the City Assedsors to check my property as I believe I'm in the wrong band , having checked the Nationwide valuation. However, he tells me that they do not go by that, but that you have to back to before 1991 and get rhe valuations then work it from there. Anybody any ideas?
