Anyone got any ideas on how to avoid the 30 day ban on facebook.
With facebook christmas comps just around the corner a ban now would wipe you out for December.

Not over-sharing is the thing to avoid from everything I've heard. What I'm now doing is not sharing at all where this is an additional entry method, and saving them for bigger prizes where the FB page stipulates that this is necessary.
Probably down to an average of less than one per day now by doing this.More GRRR than the average Bear!!0 -

you can be banned for excessive sharing, hence why some of us avoid like and share compsproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0 -
you can also get a ban from adding too many friends, for those you need for games but im not sure how long for0

My first 'comp only' fb account got a 30 day shutdown after a couple of months, it's hard to be sure what the trigger is but 'sharing' is certainly a factor. I still enter comps that require a 'share' but always press 'Skip' when the app wants to share for me, this doesn't affect competition entry, just avoids a post to my wall. So far, no warnings (I had a couple of warnings prior to being banned, not obvious warnings, but 'validation checks' from facebook forcing me to enter mobile number and codes they texted to me, etc).
Of course, if you do get banned, there's nothing to stop you creating another email address and facebook account, not that I'd endorse behaviour not permitted by facebook of course :-)0 -
I just don't do like and share competitions, there's plenty of other app comps. I've won plenty from FB comps but I've never been banned.
May you all have lots of luck, Emma xx0 -
I tweet instead of sharing where possible and heed the warning signs, which appear to be finding yourself logged out of FB and having to complete captchas before sharing.
As soon as theses things start happening I stop sharing.0
