Terms & Conditions – Sky Christmas Magical Moments Promotion

This promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of Sapient Nitro, Promo Veritas and any British Sky Broadcasting Group company ("Sky"), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies who are not directly associated with the running of this promotion may also enter the Promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. Facebook and Twitter are in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. The promoter does not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Proof of s ending is not proof of receipt.
To enter this promotion, all you need to do is tell us, in no more than 126 characters– "What is your favourite Christmas moment?" using one of the following three methods:

Via Twitter – enter your response and include the hashtag #SkyXmasMagic; or
Via Facebook –enter your response by clicking the link in the Christmas Facebook posts to https://www.sky.com/magicalmoments (between 22 November and 24 November) or the Sky Magical Moments Facebook competition app (25 November to 20 December) and submit your name, contact number and email address.
Any entrant data collected will be used for the purposes of contacting the winner to notify them of the prize and we will pass it on to third party to deliver the prize if you are one of the winners.
By entering this promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your information to contact you about products and services you may like. You can also click on the "unsubscribe" link in direct marketing emails from us.
This promotion opens at 12:00 noon on 21 November 2013 and closes at 9:00am on 20 December 2013 (the "Promotional Period").
A maximum of 30 entries per person over the Promotional Period. Entries sent in through agents, third parties or multiple accounts will be disqualified. Entries that contain any sexual, offensive or defamatory content will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will also be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to not award prizes if qualifying criteria is not met and the right to select replacement entry into the competition element of the promotion.
There will be 3 weekly competitions and one prize draw.

Weekly competitions:

Week 1 – From all eligible entries received between 12:00 noon on Friday 21 November and 12:00 noon on Friday 6 December 2013, 10 entrants will be selected at random by a random computer generated draw on or around Friday 6 December and will enter into the competition phase. One winner out of the 10 randomly selected entrants will be selected by a judging panel, on or around Friday 6 December 2013.

Week 2 – From all eligible entries received between 12:01on Friday 6 December and 12:00 noon on Friday 13 December 2013, 10 entrants will be selected at random by a random computer generated draw on or about Friday 13 December and will enter into the competition phase. One winner out of the 10 randomly selected entrants will be selected by a judging panel, on or around Friday 13 December 2013.

Week 3 – From all eligible entries received between 12:01 on Friday 13 December and 9:00am on Thursday 19 December 2013. 10 entrants will be selected at random by a random computer generated draw on or about Thursday 19 December and will enter into the competition phase. One winner out of the 10 randomly selected entrants will be selected by a judging panel, on or around Thursday 19 December 2013.

The winning entry for week 1, 2 and 3 will be selected based on;

The most creative and original favourite Christmas moment; and
Whether it is deemed as an appropriate Christmas moment.
The judging panel will consist of representatives from Promo Veritas, Sky and Sapient Nitro.

The winners of Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3 competitions will be notified either by phone or by direct message via the social media they've entered by within 12 hours after they've been selected.

Magical Moment Prize Draw:

One winner will be selected by a random computer generated draw, from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period on the competition closes on 20th December 2013. The winner will be notified either by phone or by direct message via the social media they have entered via, on the 20th December 2013.

Winners will be required to provide the following information to the Promoter (or third party it nominates to issue and manage the prize) within 24 hours of being informed that they've won: full name, age, phone number and residential address. If the winner has not responded within 24 hours, or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non transferable.

Same me too till I noticed, must not using Go Back to page by arrow or whatever, it's not working, All you need is click on "BACK" button on the screen, refill your detail then submit it. And then click "BACK" button on the screen again, so on...
