In serious need of some advice

I wanted a loan so I could pay everything bar the cars of, leaving me with just one payment per month instead of various ones on different dates etc. While this was going on I thought it would build up my credit rating so I could get a loan with better APR, or maybe even a 0% credit card. Since I can't do that it looks like I'm stuck for now.0

If you are in the forces then you should be able to register in one place as a postal voter. See your admin office for details and they should be able to help you to do this. All well can good, but I'd prefer to be registered on my quarters address as apposed to that of my parents.0
