Hello there.
Having a Sky/Virgin/TV/internet package is perfectly OK. It is possible for you to make provision for hobbies or entertainment within your financial statement. The important thing to consider is whether or not the amount you spend overall is reasonable.
Take a look at our personal budget sheet. It recognises an industry standard format: http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/pdf/personal-budget-sheet/your-personal-budget-sheet.pdf
As you can see, things like Sky fall within a section called 'other spending'. What's important is for the total that you spend within this section to fall within the guideline figures that have been determined by the industry as reasonable. If you have a Sky package just ensure that some of the other figures within the 'other spending' section are reasonable low - so it all balances OK.
Given what you've said it appears that you should be able to meet your minimum payments. It may be that, as you say, you might need to regulate spending. The budget can help with that for sure!
I really hope this makes sense, if you have any questions please feel free to ask!
Best wishes,
