Overpayment calculator with schedule of monthly p'ments?

Hi all,
I have a mortgage with A&L - flexible at 2.99%, term 22 years and 8 months, balance £27,169. Repayments are £142.11 per month.
I have decided to overpay to clear this within four years.
I have worked out that if I over pay by £500 per month, it will be clear in 4 years, although I have a lump sum of £3000 to put towards it this month also.
I would like to see a monthly schedule of my mortgage payments if I do the above but can not find an overpayment calculator with this facility.
Would anyone know where I could find one.
Thank you!

You sound like you need a copy of Locoblades spreadsheet...

That is exactly what I have been looking for! Thank you.
When you see the capital balance reducing every month when you are overpaying it is such an incentive to stay on track!:beer:Groceries challenge
