Going only on my brother's experience years ago with a DVD player, it's the manufacturer you'd need to deal with if there's a problem with the item. (it probably makes a difference which PR company the prize comes from)
I think all wins are figments until they arrive. And in the case of a cheque, until it clears into my account.0 -
