valid reason for consent to let?

hi,
i've applied for CTL but had it rejected as they thought I was doing it for an investment. The reason I put was I was going to lodge with family temporarily to save some money. I didn't say anything about an investment. However they have sent me the form again and said I can apply again with a different reason. So, does anyone know what reason will get accepted? Basically I want to rent my place out and buy another place eventually, in the meantime live at families. So it will be an investment at some point, at which time I'll change it to buy to let, however for now I just want consent to let. I just need to know what reason to put to be accepted!

Your posting history is full of stories all of which seem in some way different to the situation you describe above.
I don't think anyone is going to assist you in concocting a false submission to your lender0 -
