Office Shoes

How have your experiences been when shopping with Office shoes?

I have heard about and experienced quite a few of the shoes purchased from there falling apart/wearing easily and Office being reluctant to give refunds. Due to this I suspect their products (including brands) may be factory rejects or just somewhat lower quality than sold elsewhere.

  • I frequently buy shoes from office for my 3 teens. Granted they are usually Vans or Converse and are normally in a sale. Never had a problem with anything I have bought . Think some of the Vans etc that are reduced may be old stock but this is not always the case. Ordered some recently that were full price one day then half price the next and they are current . A lot of my friends buy from them as well . Pay for delivery if reduced but usually free if you spend £30 on full price. Free returns as well. even with postage cheaper than driving into town and parking . Never had problem returning anything either.
I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!
