FirstBuy advice - cohabiting

Afternoon all,
Apologies if this question has already been asked.
I purchased my flat under the FirstBuy scheme in April. I think it is now called Help to Buy. Anyway. All moved in, done and dusted. All lovely. :j
My boyfriend and I have been together a while. He rents a place. Never bought before. I want him to move in. I have checked all my paperwork. Nowhere does it mention that him moving in would be a breach of my Ts&Cs.
I am just asking for some advice on here to double check that.
We have agreed that he would give some money towards running the household, but he has no financial interest in the property (i.e. bought with my deposit, not his and his name is not going on the deeds). As long as the mortgage is being paid (by me) and the correct amount of council tax (i.e. 100% as there will be two of us) does it matter if he lives with me?
Any advice would be good.
