    Hi,
I have had several prestige pressure cookers and have 2 instruction books but its the same recipe so hope its the one you mean :).

    Makes 2 x 625g (1lb 6oz) puds

    100g each of currants,raisins,sultanas,mixed peel
    50g chopped blanched almonds
    2 tsp mixed spice
    50g (2oz) plain flour
    pinch salt
    100g fine breadcrumbs
    100g brown sugar
    100g shredded suet
    grated rind of a lemon
    2 x 15 ml(2 tbsp) black treacle
    2 eggs
    1 x 15ml brandy
    " " rum
    a little milk

It says to sieve the flour, salt and spices and add the dry ingredients, stir well.
Add eggs, brandy rum and enough milk to make a soft clinging mixture.
Into your pud basins leaving at least1" headspace and cover with greaseproof,or a layer of greaseproof tied with string & covered with foil.

Put the water in the cooker and steam for required time and then let pressure release SLOWLY

    For a 625g pud use 1.25 litres water,steam 15 mins then cook 1 1/2 hrs.
When you need to reheat,do so for 20 mins.

    Enjoy!
