Hi, I am about to file, my OH is now looking at an IVA, so 2 questions come to mind. 1/ We have a joint coop basic account, we have always been advised to empty the account just prior to filing, would I need to do that now as my OH is not going BR?
2/ Am I right to assume that my SOA should still read the same, in other words I don't put half the expenses, I still put the full amounts in & put my OH's income down & that OH would be paying half living of the expenses?
Thanks you to you all.:(

You don't need to empty the account, but should only have funds for essential living costs in there.
SOA should read your personal expenses and the full amount of shared ones. You can do it the other way, but it doesn't really matter on the forms as it will pan out when you discuss your I&E in interview anyway.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
