How do you do this ?

I have only tried for 2 things today but I think I must be doing it wrong. Do I put it in my basket or wish list ? Do I just watch the clock go down ?

I things I wanted earlier had gone before I even knew the price !

Eta I am on an i-pad if it makes any difference.

Add to basket, you then get 15 minutes to confirm you want it. You got to be quick though, some go in seconds!

right I've decided I want the lego at 7pm - chances of getting it - slim to none, chances of hubby hitting the roof because DS doesn't need anymore lego pretty high but you can make so much out the lego book with that, he needs those basic bits, all he has had is sets.

Good luck everyone at 7pm, hope you all get what your after x
  • Flips sake real life, I wonder would you ever peedle off? I would just like to quietly sit and flick between this page and amazon but no. I have to feed people, help them do stuff and walk creatures, don't they realise this is all for them??

I THINK I am done for the night, but I say that every two hours. I can't be trusted. Not at all.

Waitlist and then keep an eye open for when they come up. I've been waitlisted for several items (only bought two, but waitlisted for several). All said I had a "poor" chance of getting them, and I was 77, 79, and the last one was 122. They still came through for me though.

It's fairly pointless, I think, putting things on your wishlist, or in the basket. You can have a separate tab open with the item there, and then refresh to see if the discount comes through fairly quickly when it's live, but frankly, I think the waitlisting option is the way to go.

thats not the way to do it .

this is the way its done
have deal page open , wait for timer to go to zero , click add to basket , check out.

if when the timer hits zero and the deal has been claim then hit the waitlist and hope that someone puts it back for you to get it.

waiting for the waitlist lowers you chance on getting the deal .

It appears where the buy now button is if it sells out before you can click.
