Was going to get the mint coffee syrup until the postage on top of it was £6 extra. Released it back into the pool. Really want to get the ds but dh still thinks it is too pricy!

It's a way of sharing information, in this case it would be allowing access to its database in order to list its products.
I'm not an expert but I believe it can only work if access is allowed (otherwise it would be hacking and illegal).
I'd be surprised if it was something dodgy though, as HUD make a lot of money through referral links (I assume that include Amazon who have a generous referral programme), and will want to keep that going
