Got the dog lead, whilst said creature sat beside me and cried because I wasn't giving her any attention. Ingrat.

Then realised you could get it in a choice of colours..... Black Friday, I love you and hate you.

Seems to still be available, maybe try adding the colour you want to your basket, then cancelling the other order if it will allow you the one you want?

I decided against it, there's a lot of actual lego on offer and I know he would prefer actual sets to the book sets

Sorry, I'm gatecrashing the discussion. If you are looking for Lego books then I would suggest going to the Book People. This is where I have bought my books from and I think they were cheaper at the Book People than Amazon. X

Not gatecrashing, appreciate any experience on lego, I have no idea!!!
  • Just got the Brave DVD for my daughter - that's another thing off my Christmas present list.
I hope there will be some decent PS3 games on later in the week (Or possibly PS4 ones, although that's probably wishful thinking!) :D

I don't think there was tbh. There was a tablet but it was one of the more obscure brands if I remember correctly.

Talked myself out of Le Creuset , Karcher Window Vac and Gruffalo Child after having them in my basket.

Therefore I have saved over £100 which means I have spare money to spend, I think. :)

I have to say having missed the start I'm not too upset, got excited by the practise pad for drumming as my son has just started lessons but the one we planned to get him is only £20, the amazon one is probably better but don't really need to spend extra just for him to practise hitting something lol

Would have been interested in the casserole pot but all gone and still a bit over my budget. Got the brave DVD, DD will be pleased. Might check out the bomb stuff this evening as it went down well for a pressie last year and possibly check out the trunkie but apart from that there isn't much for me today.

I was after the Gruffalo but as I was 295 on the waiting list (with a POOR chance of getting one) I gave up and closed the site. I've just gone back on and I would've got one if I'd left it open. What a muppet!
