Just the Panasonic Bread Maker for me today. Nearly paid £20 more for it a few weeks ago so I'm pleased :)

I think RM are having a time of coping with Amazon...I ordered a CD on Wednesday...due for delivery Thursday with prime and it's not here either :(

    Lx
I have prime and have ordered quite a few bits & bobs this year :o The only carrier that hasn't come up to scratch is Royal Mail. What I've found with RM is that when the item is marked as 'dispatched', it'll be at least a further 2 days before I get it. DPD seem to have had the most detailed tracking, emailing you with tracking info and the option to change the day etc. Yodel & Citylink have also been fine.
  • Another fan of the free trial of Amazon Prime here lol. Ordered a few things on Wednesday evening, Books, DVD's Kipling Bags etc and they arrived 1st thing yesterday morning. Ordered 2 Kipling purses among a few other things yesterday, and they have arrived already!

I'm really impressed with this, as because I live in N.Ireland, I usually have to wait a bit longer than everyone else.

, in huge cardboard boxes which seems like a complete waste but whatever, I'll use them for something at Christmas lol

The boxes (and the paper they stuff everywhere) make great toys for the furball :rotfl:

Sorry Amazon, but £9.99 for Tekken 3DS and then a leap to £14.99 for Castlevania 3DS? You got to be kidding me? No deal! Shame because I really wanted Castlevania, but will probably find it in the bargain bin at the supermarket next summer holidays for that price and get it for free with vouchers/points.

Seems some of these "deals" are Tekken the mick a bit...

For the person who was after the "learn Spanish" the other day, it's back on at 2pm. :)

Thanks :) I'm off down town for some more christmas shopping (pay day and nearly December - I must be crazy) but I've set an alarm on my phone so I can turn the internet on in town and grab it hopefully :)

  • Great advice

    So did I! :o

Completely unrelated to BF but I see you're quoting different people in one post... how do you do that? Just copying the QUOTE thingy with their names?
I've been puzzling over this for days! LOL

    Ha, ha! :rotfl: Loving that!!

With regard to deliveries. I had a few Amazon locker queries I had to resolve with chat support. Normally each separate item I purchase comes with a unique locker code.

Some items were sharing the same code, so I checked and they confirmed some had been bundled together to speed things up. All my items so far have appeared and not cost me anything extra to collect as going that way anyway.

Will be doing my last collection on Monday provided I don't buy anything else lol Doesn't look likely today I will be tempted.:A
Former MSE user - I don't post on MSE anymore, or respond to PMs. I would like to be able to officially set profile to "former user" which would be helpful as it seems you can never leave MSE - just choose not to use it!
