Hi, not sure if you managed to get the xbox yet but Argos have the Halo/Tomb Raider 250GB console for £159 with an Argos £10 voucher back. I also got the additional special offer add on for £20 and chose Lego Marvel and a 3 month Live card.

That's a better deal than Amazon isn't it, same price once you consider the voucher but the add on makes it pretty good. Thanks, I'll see what happens over the weekend (I've not given up hope of Amazon doing some weekend mind blowing offers ) and if not I'll get it from Argos x

I didn't buy it but I should have. I was doing it on my phone and it said discount applied at checkout Should have taken a screenshot!! This was the only thing I REALLY wanted.

Yes, slightly. I am XBOX shopped out!!!! The Marvel game was showing up at £35 on Amazon when I checked and the Live is worth £15 (I have no idea what that is tho, LOL). There are other offers you can choose but that was the best value. I paid for online delivery as it was cheaper than driving to Argos and paying for parking. I hope to be able to trade in the Halo/TR game as DS is only 9 but I have read you might not be able to. C-ex do take the games in cardboard sleeves though - we shall see.

I don't know if any of you are looking to buy a kettlebell - or two - but I'd stay away from the vinyl ones that just went up for offer. Vinyl handles seem to be a lot wider than cast iron, making it difficult to use for Slingshot etc. but that may have been the brand I tested. Maybe it's just my personal preference but I much prefer cast iron.
