It works in a similar way to the daily flash deals. You get a description of the item, though it is usually cryptic (well was last year), and a time for it to be launched. They launch them regularly throughout the day, every 10 or twenty minutes last year. Then you fight against everyone else to get it in your basket before the stock is gone, which can be seconds on the popular items. Probaly a stupid question, but when you've got something in your basket, can it be taken out before you pay? Ie if I was holding out for two deals could I keep the first in my basket while I wait for the second deal to come up or do I need to complete check out after every item?

I've got my eye on a couple of things, but never bothered with Black Friday before now

You have 15 minutes to check out before the item becomes available for someone else to buy and the price reverts back to it's original one.

What happened to Mad Men 1-6? Only series 6 was available but they were showing 1-6 seconds before it started!
