Help, got the Titanic 3d blue ray in my basket at £10.99 but it won't apply the discount at the checkout, there's no option to apply it and it's showing as £18 at the "place order" screen

Nothing you can do except delete and try again.

This happened to me with Life of Pi 3d dvd. I put it in my basket when only 34% claimed and paid quickly but it didn't deduct discount and so I paid full price. I cancelled the order but it wouldn't let me reorder as it said I'd already 'claimed'. I contacted the online help but they were useless kept me waiting for ages, wrote in poor English but basically said tough.

That's why you don't check out, delete it and re add or try and go on the wait list.

I tried that twice but no joy least i didn't really, really want it, more of an impulse buy, but still annoying!

Just seen the deal is "over" even though it had an hour to go - obviously a glitch in their system *disappointed*

I had that problem this morning on my laptop, so it's not your Ipad. Must be a glitch at Amazon's end.
