What would my salary be?

I am thinking of applying for a job as a school administrator. The job is term-time only. It is 22k pro-rata. The hours are 8.45am until 4.15pm Monday to Friday, term-time only.
I was wondering if someone could help me work out what the actual monthly salary would be.
I think they divide it over twelve months so you get paid even during school-holidays.
Super appreciative, thanks!

To work it out it should be (I think):
£22,000 / 52 weeks * 38 weeks (average school term in weeks over the year? May be 39 weeks or even more in some areas)
So this makes it £16,076 roughly over the year which is £1,339 a month which is £1,145 after tax and national insurance assuming the usual allowances/before any pension/student loans etc. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Hi,
I'm a Primary School Administrator - welcome to bedlam!!
I get the same paid holiday as anyone else working for the authority and the rest is unpaid. There are 39 term weeks, plus an extra 5 inset days, therefor 40 weeks of term time. I also have to work extra days through the holidays - 9 days to start with, dropping to 5 days after having being in post 5 years, as our authority gives everyone an extra week off p/a after 5 years. This means I get paid for 47 weeks of the year, paid equally over 12 months and the remaining 5 weeks are unpaid. I work 30 hours per week so am paid pro-rata out of 36.25, which is full time.
The pro rata salary for you working 32.5 hrs would be £19724 (£22000 divided by 36.25 then multiplied by 32.5) and then your gross annual salary for 47 weeks would be (19724 divided by 52 then multiplied by 47) £17827, which is significantly more than my £14k gross, which is at the top of my scale after being there 6 years!!!!0
