Pre order problems

Hello I'm having some problems with my game pre order for the Xbox one and would like some help.

I pre ordered the Xbox one day one edition with Fifa and Forza for £429.99. I Printed of the receipt off as proof. This seemed cheaper then anywhere else so I sent game an email conforming it was coming with both games. As I didn't hear a reply I contacted them through the live chat they confirmed it would. Later on game replied via email also confirming this. I have saved the email and transcript of the live chat.

Game took a £20 deposit. with the remaining £409.99 being taken on dispatch. I rang game today as my account says I owe £840 and have ordered 2 Xbox ones both with Forza and no Fifa. they have cancelled one Xbox for me and now say I can have the Xbox one with Fifa or Forza not both. Can they do this?

There was never a version that came with both games, it was always a choice between both, unless you added one. if you have a pre-order email that says both games then by all means complain to them. Can you put the content of the email and live chat up (censored out personal details)

Perhaps they a policy where it's 1 Xbox One per person. They probably shouldn't of sent you those emails but we all make mistakes.

Unfortunately as I'm a new member it wont let me post external links.
However game rang back today and have honoured the deal straight away was quite surprised. They have emailed me 2 Codes for Fifa. The Full game and a pack code, not sure what that is though. The day one edition with Forza has also been shipped
