My apologies for my late post but I have just logged on to read the sad news.

I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Mad either personally or in this virtual world but from the few posts I have managed to read I can see he was highly thought of by you.
I am sad that didn't get to see him in action or read his posts because I think I would of really enjoyed them but I have learnt that not only was he held in high regard amongst you but he did amazing things to boot like making a song (which I haven't heard) for his niece I believe. If I got that slightly wrong I apologise but I really haven't been able to read too much, only scan read here and there because its been quite hard emotionally for me.

I have visited Just Giving to make a donation and I just want to say what an amazing and inspiring group of people you all are. I am sure everyone especially Mad's family and friends are truly touched by the depth of feeling that is being radiated.

    With love & virtual hugs

PS: I think the continuation of the calender is a wonderful idea and I am sure Mad will be grinning away in anticipation. Good luck and have fun Calendar Girls x

The 20p mayonnaise at Sains has been mentioned a couple of times on HUKD today. So guessing there is still some kicking about

Not just that. The doritos and dips were still around this week too

    hello everyone.

I've perked up a bit today. Went back to work today.

Couldn't find the coupons from cash machines yet. Checked out galleons reach and barking. If anyone has picked up any in north London/Essex pray tell.

What's so special about being tall and blonde. :rotfl:

Able to see if there are any hidden bargains in t's:)
