Hmmm ... that is strange. The one above the £3 is the 'Finest Dairy' MOC, that did not work for me. Even on the manned tills, the few times I have used it they had to do it as NS (non-scan).
What was your total dairy spend, before and after discounts, and what was the total overall spend ?
It might be how your local SS tills are set up, for authorisation levels etc.
My £2 Finest has worked sometimes - not sure if its coincdence but having one Finest irem in the dairy mix eg Finest clotted cream seems to help. Also, I suspect that you need the till to see an initial spend (before discounts) of at least £13 if you are going to use the £3 coupon first. Then you still have £10 left when you use the £2 off £10 Finest dairy so, in theory, you have met the minimum spend. Then again, I could well be talking a load of old cobblers !ELITE 5:2

yes they are £3 and £2 finest dairy - maybe its to do with combination of what you get0 -
