    i am:j:j my hoover that started smoking today is 14 months old spoke to argos and they said i could take it back instore tomorrow and they will swap it for another one was quite suprised:T really pleased as did not need the expense of a new one

    I have never done it i am :o DTD knowingly.

    When i get DTD its a genuine mistake and i normally get couple £'s back.
