I have that one tweets, and can say the kebab meat recipe is really good, and quite healthy(ish) although the sweet and sour recipe is scary at what goes into it
I can only seem to find The Indian Takeaway Secret: How to Cook Your Favourite Indian Fast Food at Home as a Kindle version, not in paper form. Anyone suggest and alternative books that have good recipes in please?“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
