Thank you - I've been down to my target for around 6/8 weeks but its varied a bit cos I've had a couple of holidays and have put on a few lbs each trip. I've been trying to get down to about 9st 7 or 8 lbs before I go and then, with a couple of fast days the following week, any excess seems to drop off again. I probably need to keep doing fast days every 3 or 4 days to keep the weight within reason.

This is the ONLY diet I've ever found that really does work - and doesn't feel like a painful unpleasant experience. I really can't cope with 'standard' diets that leave you feeling deprived of anything nice for months on end.

    Very well done :D:T:T

  • Hello, I hope you bought your Jus-Rol pastry using one or two of the earlier suggested vouchers. Now, if you have shoppitize, you may get 50p back for each pack you buy too (short crust or puff, chilled pastry blocks or ready-rolled sheets) Offer runs (for me) for another 3days.

Thanks for that, off to T's in a mo :)

Totally agree tbw, this is the only 'diet' I've ever managed to stick with - the thought that you can eat tomorrow whatever it is that you craving today really does help you stick to your fast days.
