    Hello everyone

For those who were lucky enough to receive BS orders a couple of weeks ago like me. I have just rang customer services for a refund of the LYB cards which I never received. Refunded me straight away.

    Result!!!

    Hi
I've been on MSE for years and years. I don't post anymore but do read and follow all with interest and grateful thanks.

I am more sorry than I know how to say about the news of Mad's passing. I used to always enjoy his posts and most of all the spirit with which he participated in this glitch/coupon/mis price/wombling/BM alternative world that we all inhabit.

As I said I don't post anymore but reading what you've all said and following what you've all done over the last day or two, I just had to.

You are a truly amazing group of people. I am sure that Mad's family will take great solace in the knowledge that he was so loved and respected by so many including those of us who only knew him across the internet universe. Your fundraising is inspirational and stands as proof of what I've always really believed. People are good and kind and caring and when the moment comes they do step up, they do take care of those who cannot, they do support those they don't know not for reward but because they can and they want to.

If anyone asks me where in these sometimes cynical selfish times I might find good caring people, I'll point them here and I'll say "Meet the Elite, the people who do still care"

    Thank you
    Mad would be pleased.

Not caught up so don't know if answered yet.

I ordered 6 and 3 were substituted with S M fresco. It compared on the apg wrongly (£54 v £60). I also had 3 x Nescafe and that didn't compare at all! I phoned CS and they apologised and credited £12 to my account.

My Quidco has tracked the £20.

    Hi,
Been to collect my 6 crates only one in van, no substitutions on receipt but plenty of SM 4 packs in van.
Looked at receipt details, to make up the missing 5 crates of 12 bottles they have put 15 x 4 bottles but only scanned 5 packs at £3.50, total for this part £17.50
Also looks like they have overridden the product code so may get back the correct APG.
Bill should have been £56 but came to £28.58.
Hopefully Quidco tracks at £20 left with £8.58 spent with, maybe, APG to come:beer:
