Yes - I have succesfully unlocked a few Blackberries, after contracts have finished.

They did this with me last year I had DD reduced low by them they said I wouldn't need it at higher amount then I owed them money this bill last year and they put DD up. So I was then frightened and didn't put heating on til week before Christmas and switched off think it was middle February . I have never felt so cold in the winter and thought I had it planned this year. I did have til EON did this. Now I am worried again because they don't listen :mad::mad: think I will ask to speak to manager tomorrow

Why not ask for bank details to pay by standing order instead, and cancel DD with your bank when SO is set up? Then you'll have control over the monthly payment and eon can't alter it. Or just tell them that you plan to do that if they reduce your payments again, and see what they say
