The things us poor parents have to do :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've hardly seen any of it this weekend, which is just typical considering it's on council telly! Final just started, just starting the 3rd leg  C'mon MVG! :D

I know :( I wouldn't mind but he's still speaking French and it driving me nuts :D Ive just watched him typing 'stop being a Jessie' into his translator app :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'll be sending an email to his French teacher first thing......this is apparently all her fault! :D

If doing c&c try changing your collection to another store and that works sometimes. My nearest t;s didnt have it, so tried the next furthest one away and that had some.

Is everything in W's Tuc BOGOF offer the same price? If not it explains the n /a

Somekne was asking about "2 for 1" deals earlier. They should compare if everything in the offer is the same price (not just the things you buy but the whole offer )

Well I bought 2 of the same item, and msm have the offer on W's page as well as on the comparison page from A's pov (iykwim).
Or did you mean that if Waity's have say the plain Tuc and the cheesey ones in a bogof, but 1 is dearer then Asda just ignore the whole offer? Hardly seems fair, when they can manage 3f2's and they come in all price ranges!

No, it's not. I've seen this W offer on the Tuc before and rejected it for this reason. McVities Real Cheddar Cheese biscuits are £1.09 in that offer (and Tuc at £1.29), so it's a non-starter on APG to buy any of them. Might work as a filler vs W on the McVities if A goes back down to 50p on them and then buy 2, but would still then technically be losing a penny or so as no comp. on them vs W at 2 for £1.09. (2x50p would, by a shave, not be 10% cheaper.) Although, even then, you'd be best waiting for Mr M to put the McVities Cheddar Cheese on 50p or 49p and then buying Avs M. Almost everytime A is more than 10% cheaper, as it would become if it went back to 50p, it pays (hypothetical at the current time though) either to buy elsewhere and compare back to A or wait for a different rival to cut prices and then for APG to work out cheaper than A's expensive price* (leave alone at that point the sheer unthinkable prices elsewhere). I calling a back on a 50p offer expensive!:rotfl::rotfl: Not even touching the current £1.09 at A or even more at S.:eek: 75p (T 2 for £1.50:eek:.)

You want the Tuc to be 69p elsewhere or, preferably, even cheaper.

*In the hypothetical example, 50p (what would be, in the example, A's price) is expensive compared to 10% off 50p or 10% off 49p. So..50p at any time, let alone £1.09 or more, or even 75p, is too expensive!!

Yup. Something to do with ambrosia i think :o

Competitor's 3 for £2 deals work ok, 3 for 2's don't if prices differ though
