The toilet roll was 20% cashback on MSM and I never got the beef :mad: Instead they replaced it with a 500g joint costing £5.50 which I refused so got my refund for that and then phoned to moan because they make a big deal of replacing with an equal or better item for the same price and I got a £6.50 voucher
