    Its probably one of the best exercises for toning


    I used to have some evil bruises from it. After learning a load of head upright spins, we were taught how to go upside down and hold ourselves on the pole without our hands, and that is how i cracked my rib

    I loved the classes I took a few years back. :D it's really good fun but oh my god talk about using muscles I didn't know I had :eek:

    I bought one of each. just checked on my supermarket and the amaretto is showing as n.a agaist asda but its definately on my receipt. odd

    will be going out soon so will get a few more to check
