They won't refund as cards already on there way, was told have to return to store WITH gifts sets from same orders if I want a refund. :eek:

I gave up trying to get through to them so I emailed them instead. I should get a reply tomorrow :cool:

real life too hectic atm to get on here much but just checking my emails. I've one from Sainsbobs saying I have a brand match to use for £8.04 off my next shop.

Anybody else had an email to remind them to use theirs or is this a new thing?

I haven't got a BM btw - I used it straightaway at weekend when I got my double up nectar shops so they're not that on the ball after all

If I get the bus both ways it'll be hell. I could go straight from work bug that's at least an hour and a half :mad:
