Just got off of sun+ live chat. I spoke to them yesterday about cancelling, got offered a £20 morrison's voucher to which I said no, as I haven't had last one, only to find out that I was charged £8.67 for next month!!! I asked them why and they said they need 5 working days before your next billing date to cancel your membership, I thought it was 5 days.
Anyway, I said to them, if that's the case, can I still get the £20 Morrison's voucher? NO! as I've already cancelled.:mad::mad:
oh scamps! I put the 18th in my calendar to cancel as it left long enough before new monthly charge. Poor you.. what a pain. Can you not ring your bank, explain the situation to them and say they took the money without your consent? I did this a while back with Heat/grazia mag and was no problem.

And after wrestling with Achica ALL DAY have finally placed my order. They relented and gave me a working code. Three brilliant pressies on the way for various second cousins :D

Paid postage and a wee bit on top but happy with that.
