  • Evening all. Well done on volunteering Emma, I volunteered when I was made redundant and I loved it. do-it.org is a good site for finding volunteer roles, it's surprising how many different roles there are out there linky here http://www.do-it.org.uk/

    How are you feeling lutzi?

    You ok?

Up and down a little bit if I'm honest TM, thank you for asking. :A We're used to spending time apart, I didn't marry the boy next door and I know he's getting fantastic care, but it's always a bit worrying not knowing what's wrong. Once you know you can start to deal with it, and I know he's hungry 'cos he can't eat much (can barely open his mouth) and I'm not there to look after him. Lord knows we've coped with much worse in our time and we'll get through this, but I just wish I could give him a hug this evening.

Sorry, moan over, I'm ok thanks. x You lot have really made me laugh over the last day or two, thank you. :)

I am going to send this to DH at some point when he needs some encouragement, it has a significance for us, and it struck me earlier today that it would be a really good song for the Elite. This is a bit of a cheesy American concert version, but somehow I like the older James Taylor singing it.

    Hope is not a strategy.

Hi there:) - I shouldn't be on so early (for me) as I'll stay all night:rotfl::(.

Normal shoppers - they're useless aren't they? 6 different items plus 2 reduced items that won't show up:mad:. Well, they might have scraped 7:( I don't know but they should have put a tiny piece of ginger or a 10p sweet pack on there - they're worse than me!!:eek::rotfl:

I think this womble is a 'not enough items' return.

Fantastic song Lutzi, that one has a lot of emotional attachment for me for one reason or another. ;)

I usually listen to this version though by Carole King, one of my all time favourite artists. :)
