Congratulations on the calendar, looks fab and will be a best seller!

Question about redspottedhanky pls. DD first time user and trying to input £10 code but not letting her - codes given are 3 sets of 4 alphanumeric but website wants 5 sets of 5 alphanumeric.

Can anyone help please?
